A Note on Going Premium

Since the book is about to go premium, I’m opening a special chapter to write down what these past days have been like.

Bright Martial Path is my second novel, and the road to writing it has been full of twists and turns.

Readers who have followed it from the beginning should know that after publication, I have already revised it twice—

Even now, some pirated sites still take the chapters I revised, change only the chapter titles, leave the content untouched, and repost them on their pages...

For that reason, although the book has been out for two months, it still has only a little over two hundred thousand Chinese characters, and its push on the site did not begin until the twenty-sixth of last month.

Even now, Bright Martial Path has only a little over four thousand favorites on the site!

With that number of favorites at launch, it is easy to imagine that the book’s results will not be very good—

I only hope that readers who like the book, especially those still waiting to let it build up, will subscribe to it on the site and give the author a little support...
